A: Because we’ll never sell you services you don’t need, we create a custom quote for every potential customer. The cost of your commercial landscaping and/or maintenance services will be based on what we recommend in that quote. To get your custom quote, fill out this simple form, and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a bid.
A: Once you’re a Signature Landscape Company customer, you’ll be billed for any recurring services on the first of each month. For non-recurring work, you’ll be billed upon completion of the work.

A: We provide commercial landscaping and maintenance services for many different types of commercial properties. The most common property types we service include industrial properties, mall, high rises, and retirement homes.

A: Yes, we are insured and we are always up to date with all relevant licenses.

A: To protect our customers and ourselves, all work completed by Signature Landscape Company will be done under contract.
A: For every Signature project, you will be provided with a key point of contact who you can reach for anything related to your Signature services.
A: While this answer is somewhat dependent on your unique property, as a general rule, we recommend a minimum of weekly maintenance during the growing season and monthly maintenance during the winter months.
A: In our line of work, we see environmental protection as a mandate. One of the most important ways we seek to limit the environmental impact of our landscaping and maintenance services is to be water-wise, both in the systems we install as part of landscaping projects and on how we complete our ongoing maintenance and services.
A: We do not use herbicides or pesticides directly in our landscaping and maintenance work. If a project requires those or other types of chemicals, we will sub-contract with another provider to complete that work.
A: Yes, snow removal services can be included in our maintenance plans.
A: Our snow removal services are provided under zero tolerance contracts, meaning that we’ll begin clearing snow and ice immediately as it falls. Our goal will always be to aim for bare and wet surfaces with zero snow accumulation.
We also provide snow service documentation for liability protection and snow reports as part of our snow removal services.
A: Yes, we provide tree care and pruning services.
A: Yes, we provide landscape enhancements. We consider most of our commercial landscaping and maintenance services to be in the category of landscape enhancements.
A: Yes, we provide landscape design services. We meet with prospective customers before sending a quote to ensure they understand the full scope of the project and costs before signing.
